Most of u.s. can agree that things are Real fucked up right now.

Folks have a hard time parsing out four things:

1. Concepts of who is a “legitimate authority” have always been biased as fuck.
2. Most traditionally trained retired/practicing authorities fail historically and intentionally targeted groups as a result of their biases.
3. A PhD simply sharing their hard / time earned credentials and research expertise is not a logical fallacy “appeal to authority”.
4. There is no such thing as a “neutral” or “unbiased” source. Any “credible” source can be correct or not. Any media can be used to share credible / correct information.

We can and must change. My new book is a testament to my own learning, harming, failing, listening, unlearning, healing, being heard, detoxifying, replacing, donating, and building unconventional community while we work to demand the massive structural changes needed to renovate foundational rot.

This is my life’s work thus far, and I am confident that folks who care about liberation, education, the environment, sexual violence, algorithms, TikTok, COVID-19, and artificial intelligence will appreciate it. And I know it can really help people grieve and make necessary changes within their power to do.
